These Terms govern your access to and use of GoTide's website and services. By creating an account or connecting a selling account, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
GoTide provides AI agents that operate your e-commerce store — including advertising, listings, pricing, recovery, inventory, and monitoring — based on the permissions you grant. The agents act on your behalf and within the applicable marketplace's terms. GoTide is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or any marketplace.
You must be able to form a binding contract and operate a legitimate selling business. You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You authorize GoTide to access and act on your connected marketplace account through official APIs. You remain the seller of record and remain responsible for compliance with your marketplace's policies, applicable law, product safety, taxes, and your customer relationships. You can withdraw authorization at any time by disconnecting your account; some actions already taken cannot be reversed.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Where a plan includes performance-based pricing, the basis for that calculation is disclosed before you subscribe. A free audit, where offered, carries no obligation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
You agree not to use the service to violate any marketplace policy or law, manipulate rankings or reviews deceptively, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
GoTide retains all rights in its software, models, and brand. You retain rights in your store data and content. You grant GoTide a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
Any figures shown in marketing, demos, or audits are illustrative unless explicitly identified as your verified results. Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control. GoTide does not guarantee any specific revenue, ranking, profit, or other outcome.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTide disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or marketplace policy, or to protect the service. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised date. Governing law and venue will be specified before public launch. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
